Huge mistake.  There was a thin layer of gunk on it and by the time I got 90% of that off, the last 10% proved to resistant, there was a definate loss in screen quality.  So I'm in the market for a used PSP with UMD support.  Any suggestions on model?  I can get a used p1000 (what I just ruined) off Amazon for under a $100.

That sucks.  Did you try Goo Gone, or are you saying that because of whatever you used to remove it, it's trashed now?
