A Press Picture of the Sega CD, Version 1. The front loading CD player, while less durable than its top loading counterpart, is considered more valuable.
Actually this is the most rare Sega CD system. the Sega CDX was one of the coolest systems, it cost $400 when first released, too bad it wasn't made so well, a lot of them were sent to Sega for repairs.
This is the JVC X'Eye that was sold in the U.S., which was a stripped down version of the Japanese Victor Wondermega 2. It is, more or less, like the CD-X in that it is a combination Genesis and Sega CD console. But, it isn't portable and it was manufactured and sold by the Japan Victor Company (in case anyone was wondering what JVC stood for).
